Return Policy:

Refunds and Exchanges: J’Marie’s Beauty Marx does NOT offer refunds or exchanges for ALL wig and extension sales, as they are FINAL. Please thoroughly read the product description before making a purchase.

Error or Defect: If an error occurs on our end, we will make every effort to correct the problem. Inspect your order upon reception, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: Initiate a return by contacting us at jmariesbeautymarx@mail.com. 

Refund Notification: We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Processing Time: Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take time to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days pass after return approval, contact us at jmariesbeautymarx@mail.com.
